I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEM, CAN I GET REPLACEMENT?
We do not offer refunds on any products.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may request a replacement only. Replacement requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the material.

To initiate a replacement request, customers must share clear images or videos of the damaged or defective product along with order details for verification. All requests are subject to inspection and approval.

No, our courier company do not offer the service to deliver on weekends currently.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN POSTAGE?
As we do not accept returns or offer refunds, return postage does not apply.
